Monday 6pm with Angel. Three or five rounds of:
  • 50 Box Jumps
  • 40 kettlebell swings (53#)
  • 30 situps
  • Hydrant Run
18:42 for 3 rounds. I didn't think I could finish 2 more rounds in the cutoff of 30 min. This was a reminder that I don't have the ability to sustain high metabolic loads for much longer than 20 minutes.
