Team workout. Three different stations we'd feed through. Max rounds in 20 min of:
  • 21 deadlift (155#)
  • 15 OHS (115#)
  • 9 thrusters (95#)
The backup was in the overhead squats. It was a bit of a cluster because some of the other groups ended up grabbing plates they didn't need, leaving us to a 135# OHS. Halfway through we looked around and see a bunch of weight lying around on the ground. I finished 3 rounds.
