- 10 kettle bell swings (53#)
- 10 weighted lunges
- 11 'slapping' pushups

The pushups were done in a way to push up and off the ground high enough to bring both hands in and touch the chest before coming back down. That seemed like the hardest part. The last couple rounds I couldn't get more than 2 or 3 at a time without falling down onto my forearms. In the picture, those with a 'S' next to their name are the ones who did the slapping pushups.
