Adrian @ 6pm class.

We alternated tabata squats and double unders (8 of each), then immediately went into 4 minutes of hang clean to push press, switching arms as often as necessary. I used a 40# dumbell. I knew I could get quite a few reps w/ the dumbell and double unders, so I played it safe on the squats and saved my legs.
