Hips are tight from yesterday.
I warmed up with:
3x {Muscle Snatch x1 -> 2 OHS}
Worked up to a heavy single snatch balance.
- 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 155, failed twice at 165
Snatch PR attempt
- 2x 125#
- 2x 135#
- 2x 145#
- Failed on attempt at 155 twice
I planned on deadlifting and throwing in some met-con too but ran out of time and had to get going.
