Kevin was coaching this morning at 745. We did a partner workout that stepped down from 9 reps to 1 of push-pressing, with a series of increasing distance sprints and backpedaling. Matt and I used 135#. I thought the barbell would be the limiting factor for me, but it turned out to be the opposite.
