Either Angel is backing off of the intensity/load on Mondays, or I'm just getting used to it. At first glance of today's workout I was thinking it would take 20 minutes minimum.

After we started with a set of tabata pullups we moved on to:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Hang Power Clean (95#)
Burpee

Each round started with a run to the canoes and back.

Rounded out the night with 3 minutes of planking and some stretching.
