Tonight we worked our way up to a heavy push jerk. I felt a little rushed, and maybe could've put up a little more, but settled on 195# for the night. After that we did a quick piece to get our hearts going.

- 10 double-unders
- 5 burpee box jumps (high box)
- gate run
